Viale means avenue — the kind of street where the neighborhood eats. That's the room we built on South Colorado Boulevard: reclaimed wood, exposed brick, a long marble bar, and a kitchen that makes the pasta, the mozzarella, the giardiniera and the pesto in house.
The pizza is New York inspired — house-made San Marzano sauce, grande mozzarella, garlic-infused olive oil, and a crust that comes out golden with a touch of char. The produce leans Colorado when Colorado is in season: Palisade peaches through late summer, bison in the ravioli year-round.
